GAPS Health COVID STATt Rounds Study
In review of over 1,000 patients, GAPS has performed over 3,200 STATt rounds in
13 facilities. Medication optimization results were as follows:
11 of the 13 facilities reported a decrease in average # of meds per residents
9 of the 13 facilities reported a decrease in % of residents with greater than 20 meds
We were able to Treat in Place 99.9% of the encounters
(only 2 acute transfers to the hospital during our rounds)
